The early years...
I developed a passion for health and fitness at a young age getting involved in the Gym environment as soon as I was 16. Back then I was mostly focused on aesthetics and the mirror muscles, but as I grew older I concentrated on functional fitness and became more interested in the different training methods and how nutrition fitted in with it all.

Since then...
I enjoy pushing myself to both my physical and mental limits, from Tough Mudder to competing in boxing.  Which is where the Boomerang name comes from, because I kept coming back after I started doing it (Just like you will once you start to train with me!). Prior to qualifying in 2010 as a PT I worked in an office environment and have run my own business so know how to maximise time to get the most out of your workout!
