My daughter Amber a competitive Irish Dancer, has been training with Dave for about 6 weeks.  Already her overall fitness level and her strength and conditioning has improved.  She is more confident on stage as she is able to execute her steps with more power and ease.  Her teachers have also commented on her improvement in class and she has seen an improvement in her competition results.  She really enjoys their training sessions and,personally, I appreciate Daves patience and flexibility in booking her sessions after school.
